**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee, manage and lead process and product optimization projects of varying importance, complexity or scope,
- Make suggestions for initiation of projects, or undertake projects as assigned,
- Challenge status quo to identify and drive quality, performance and coordination,
- Deep understanding of current processes and workflows, use and build data to analyze processes and identify areas for improvement, reducing rework, improving quality, increasing efficiency,
- Validating and prioritizing ideas to push for implementation, including new product R&D,
- Consolidates information from various sources including feedback from others to resolve project issues and reach sound business decisions,
- Prepare project reports, deduct significance of results and conclusions, make presentations of findings to Leadership,
- Advise, create, and execute comprehensive change management strategy relative to projects and stakeholders,
- Lead and manage the optimization team, providing guidance and coaching to the team members

**Job Qualifications**:

- Degree and/or background in program management and/ or project management in software development, SaaS companies
- At least 3-4 years of experience leading and implementing product and process improvement efforts with complex stakeholders
- Ability to make decisions, define, develop and implement complex product and process optimization projects
- Working knowledge with Product Development team, Engineering team
- Ability to provide leadership and direction on new technical platforms, technologies and processes
- Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas to team members effectively and resolve various conflicts that arise
- Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities
