- Participate in all software development activities following the Scrum process
- Design high-quality test cases to scan through the operation of the software
- Perform tests for both written test cases and by exploring the system

**Qualifications**:
- At least 1 year of experience in software testing, has experience in automation testing is a plus

**Job Description**:
At ELSA, as a Test Engineer (TE), you will use proven testing practices to foster excellence in products and services and continuously improve software development efficiency on mobile, web, and backend platforms.
Work closely with your Scrum team and stakeholders to understand user problems and contribute to various aspects of the solution to the problem including non-functional requirements
Create automated integration and functional tests.
Participate and contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions.
Establish release quality criteria and lead a quality tracking effort for the project.
Participate and contribute to Scrum events.
Develop the test plan, test strategy and execute all test cases, performance tests, and report defects, define the severity and priority for each defect.
Ensure that all test-related work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures.
Participate in the production bug troubleshooting process and advise the team on the priority and severity of the bugs.
Participate in other activities to improve the quality and efficiency of your team.
**Requirements**:
Having knowledge of Amplitude, Firebase Remote Configs, Crashlytics etc is a plus
Having experience in automation testing for mobile is a plus
Experience in Software Testing Life Cycle
At least 2+ years of experience in automation testing
Having a growth mindset
Experience working with agile software development methodologies is a plus
Good at English communication

**Job Description**:
- Understand client domain knowledge, requirements, system/tools and the product.
- Work closely with client/ team and participant in all team activities/events
- Perform all testing activities independently and effectively: test estimation, test planning, test strategy, test cases design, test execution, defects tracking.
- Understand automation framework and add automation test cases for the new features and regression test cases.
- Collect data and report testing status
- Shows creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness
**Qualifications**:
**General requirements**:
- At least an intermediate skill level of English
- Likely having 1+ years of experience in the software development, especially the software testing process
- Able to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies
- Familiar with the Agile development methodologies.
- Able to perform tasks under high pressure
**Technical requirements**:
- Good domain knowledge on web/mobile/desktop app testing expertise
- Good experiences on manual testing (requirement analysis, test strategy, test approach, test plan, test techniques included black box, risk-based, exploratory, Non-UI testing, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Automation testing, API testing
- Ability to use frameworks such as Selenium/Cypress, tools: Katalon/ Cucumber/ Scripting/ Postman/ Git/ IntelliJ IDEA and programming languages: Java, JavaScript,.NET
