Job Description:

We are looking for QA/Game Testers for our team and work on different

platforms to ensure the products are working properly. QA/Game Testers will validate and verify

that products meet the requirements set by design and development guidelines and end users'

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Provide functional and regression level testing for iOS, Android, API, and Web Applications.
• Build manual and automated functional and regression test cases as well as maintain automated Test Scripts.
• Work with developers, product owners, test lead, engineers, and team members to identify areas and methods to help improve testing efficiencies and expand test coverage and increase product reliability.
• Provide test estimates, record, report defects to depict the status of the sprint and system stability.

Responsibilities

The QA Engineer will be responsible for one of the following tasks:

ERPNext QA:

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for ERPNext customizations (custom DocTypes, workflows, scripts, reports).
• Validate that standard ERPNext features (e.g., accounting, CRM, document management) work as expected after customization.

Test key ERP flows such as:

• Lease creation → rent invoice generation → payment
• Maintenance request lifecycle
• Document uploads and status triggers
• Notification and reminder rules

Full-System Testing (Web + Mobile):

• Coordinate and execute integration tests between ERPNext, the web portal ), and the mobile app (ReactNative).
• Simulate real-world workflows: property booking, lease signing, tenant portal access, online payments, etc.
• Test user authentication, permission boundaries, and API interactions (data consistency between front-ends and ERPNext).

Automation & Regression Testing (Optional but Preferred):

• Design or maintain automated test scripts for core regression scenarios using tools like Selenium (for web) or Appium (for mobile).
• Ensure critical workflows remain stable across updates and deployments.

Reporting & Collaboration:

• Report and track bugs in the project's issue tracker (e.g., Jira or GitHub).
• Collaborate closely with developers and PMs to clarify expected behavior and provide timely feedback.
• Participate in sprint planning and test sign-off meetings.

Requirements

The QA Engineer is expected to have the following qualifications and skills:

• 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, Tester roles
• 2+ years of experience with ERP or enterprise applications.
• Experience testing ERPNext or Frappe-based systems is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with web and mobile testing, including UI/UX validation, data flow, and REST API checks.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

YOUR MISSION:

QA Engineer is responsible for building, maintaining, and continuously improving the feed safety quality system of the company.

KEY ACTIVITIES:

A. QUALITY SYSTEM MANAGEMENT

• Performing internal audits at the factory.
• Participate in the creation and implementation of the HACCP/ISO22000/GMP plan applied at the factory.
• Lead audit sessions from third parties, prepare and check all requirements for auditing from Entobel's customers.
• Participate in drafting documents and prepare documents related to quality policy and feed safety policies, procedures, and conduct training as assigned by the QA manager.
• Maintain and update factory feed safety documents. Check the new market requirements to ensure food safety at Entobel.
• Check and ensure periodic calibration activities.

B. QUALITY ASSURANCE

• Assessment of the quality of finished products and raw materials to ensure that they meet the standards of the government, customers, and Entobel on feed quality and safety.
• Make recommendations to improve the quality of inspection and assessment methods/processes.
• Participate in the CAPA team, follow and resolve quality problems, violations of regulations in the factory, and customers complaining to find the root cause and take corrective and preventive actions to avoid repeat errors.
• Ensure testing and evaluation records are recorded, verified, and maintained in accordance with state regulations and Entobel requirements. Analyze and evaluate trends of results periodically, report according to the required schedule.
• Data management is ready to provide in a timely manner to relevant departments, any discrepancies are identified, and warnings and corrective actions identified.

C. TEAM MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT

• Plan and implement training for employees.
• Plan and implement general regulations and programs on employee management, safety, information, staffing, training, KPI/Employee's performance evaluation, commendation recommendations reward or discipline. Develop, support, plan for future workforce needs and participate in staff selection.
• Implement/monitor systems and processes to maintain a highly engaged employee environment that promotes good practice in engagement.
• Cooperate with the QC team for resolving any nonconformity from materials to the finished good.

D. LABORATORY MANAGEMENT

• Assist in the daily operations and management of the laboratory.
• Monitor, inspect, and perform routine maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Support setup for research or testing projects and the laboratory documents.
• Cooperate with the Lab Leader for recording, storing, and updating experimental data and analysis results in accordance with standard procedures and ISO/GLP requirements (if applicable).
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with laboratory regulations.
• Participate in training and provide guidance to new staff or interns when needed to ensure the quality system.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Bachelor's degree graduate preferably in Food/feed technology, aquaculture technology, biotechnology,
