Với vai trò QA Tester, bạn sẽ là mắt xích quan trọng trong vòng đời phát triển sản phẩm. Bạn sẽ tham gia kiểm thử từ các trò chơi nội bộ, nền tảng game cốt lõi đến các dự án theo yêu cầu của khách hàng. Đây là một công việc thực tiễn, đồng thời là cơ hội để bạn trực tiếp xây dựng và định hình quy trình đảm bảo chất lượng ngay từ đầu trong một môi trường startup hợp tác và sáng tạo.

Nhiệm vụ chính:

• Kiểm thử Game

: Thực hiện kiểm thử toàn diện về chức năng, giao diện và gameplay trên cả PC và thiết bị di động.
- Kiểm thử Nền tảng & API

: Đảm bảo tính năng và hiệu năng của nền tảng game cốt lõi, bao gồm công cụ back-office và API.
- Tài liệu kiểm thử

: Xây dựng, ghi chép và duy trì kế hoạch, kịch bản và quy trình kiểm thử rõ ràng, mạch lạc.
- Báo cáo & theo dõi lỗi

: Phát hiện, ghi nhận và mô tả chi tiết lỗi trên Jira; phối hợp chặt chẽ với lập trình viên để kiểm tra và xác nhận sửa lỗi.
- Kiểm thử hồi quy

: Đảm bảo các tính năng mới hoặc bản sửa lỗi không ảnh hưởng đến tính năng hiện có.
- Cải tiến quy trình

: Đề xuất và tham gia cải thiện công cụ, quy trình, chiến lược QA nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả và chất lượng.

Yêu cầu:

• Kinh nghiệm

: 1–3 năm làm việc trong vai trò QA Tester phần mềm.
- Kiến thức QA

: Hiểu rõ phương pháp, thuật ngữ QA và vòng đời phát triển phần mềm (SDLC).
- Tỉ mỉ

: Khả năng phát hiện những lỗi nhỏ về chức năng hoặc giao diện mà người khác dễ bỏ qua.
- Công cụ theo dõi lỗi

: Có kinh nghiệm với các công cụ quản lý bug, đặc biệt là Jira.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp

: Viết và trình bày rõ ràng, chính xác để báo cáo lỗi và trao đổi với đội ngũ.
- Tự chủ

: Chủ động, biết sắp xếp công việc và có thể làm việc hiệu quả trong môi trường startup nhanh, năng động.

• Testing existing system processes and providing recommendations changes or improvements to existing processes, methods, and technologies that improve product quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• The candidate should be able to work independently to identify test cases/test scripts from requirements and map test cases/scripts back to the original requirement
• Understand business objectives and build alignment and buy-in cross-functionally.
• Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into manual and/or automatable scenarios.
• Developing and Executing the Cross Browser (browsers like Safari, Chrome, Mobile browsers) testing.
• Perform exploratory testing with a focus on identifying and documenting defects
• Review defects and test logs with QC/QA team to identify root causes and suggest solutions for improving testing, documentation, and process improvement
• Understand product lifecycle concepts and participate in the test planning process
• Join to develop quality assurance standards and processes

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field

• 5+ years' proven experience as QC/ QA Engineer in a fast-paced environment

• 5+ years of experience in design test cases/ test scenarios and exceptional ability with cross-browser, cross-platform and responsive testing (PC, mobile and tablet)

• Fluent in speaking and written English

• Hands-on with various types of testing such as system, functional and regression with web and mobile testing

• Good ability to review testing results with QA /QC team members and ensure quality product as expect

• Highly collaborative internal QC/QA team member with production team who fosters open communication and facilitates mutual understanding and cooperation between all stakeholders

• Demonstrated competence and ability to be self-motivated when analyzing problems

• Be active at work and have the capability to work under high pressure

• Ability to develop maintainable test automation solutions using Selenium, Appium or similar technologies.

• Demonstrated knowledge of testing one or more of the following: API interfaces, databases/data stores, analytics

• Experience in Stress testing or performance testing.

• Demonstrate passion and initiative in self-learning and applying new technologies in practice

C. REQUIREMENTS

• Have at least 3 months of experience in the same industry;

QA Manual Tester
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing the existing codebase of our high-traffic website and management system of Gigsberg

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of our platforms while adhering to best practices in software development.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web and mobile applications.
• Perform thorough functional, UI/UX, regression, and exploratory testing across devices and browsers.
• Document and report bugs clearly using defect tracking tools.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in manual software testing in at least 2 different companies.
