Job Responsibilities:

1. Make Final Inspection for Medical devices and/or other related products at Medline's vendors located in the North/South Vietnam area as planned, following the Medline Inspection Criteria.

2. Document the inspection reports as required.

3. Work with divisional QAs and suppliers for the disposition and actions of reworked products.

4. Make Environment Vigilance Audit at vendors as plan to ensure they maintain good quality control for Medline's products.

5. Support other members at work as well as contribute to the growth of overall Medline VN quality team.

6. Summarize and submit the periodic report to the Supervisor and stakeholders according to request.

7. Help vendors understand Medline requirements, thus improving product and production quality as well as improving Vietnam vendors to catch up with expected quality level.

8. Identify all risks related to quality discrepancies through every day work and provide suggestions to Supervisor in a timely and efficient manner.

9. Compliance with QSR and ISO/EN regulations and Medline policies, procedures, and work rules.

10. Other projects assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. More than 1 years of quality background or experience on manufacturing process.

2. Bio-Medical/Chemical/Mechanical/Textile Engineering background is preferred

3. Quality Control/Assurance or Engineer experiences at manufacturing companies is preferred

4. Good reading/writing and can verbal communication in English

5. Good problem solving skills, knowledge of analysis tools like 7QC, FMEA, 5M, etc. is a plus

6. Good personal, interpersonal, and teamwork orientation

7. Familiar with MS Office and other computer working software

8. Willing to travel.

Reporting to the production and QC Manager or Assistant QC Manager, the QC Inspector is responsible and accountable in ensuring the quality and integrity of Deckers' footwear products that are produced and shipped out from partner production factories through incoming materials screening audits, materials and FST Lab testing review and audit, RS, ESC, Product Security audit, regular in-process production audits and final goods inspections. He is also tasked to monitor production orders schedule versus ex-factory commitments. He shall also be acting as the lead inspector where he has a QC inspector working with him in his factory assignment besides closely monitoring and guiding the Certified Factory QC (CFQC) , if any.
