Main responsiblities:
Ensuring the quality of the company's input and output goods and components, minimizing the rate of defective goods before delivery to customers.
Receive and respond to customer complaints related to product quality.
Ensure maintenance of the quality management system.
Details:
Supervise, organize and monitor electronics components inspection by subordinate staff (through practice and the internal management system)
Negotiate with suppliers to handle issues related to quality of input & output electronic components.
Set up product quality control standards.
Prepare and store weekly, monthly and quarterly quality reports.
Ensure maintenance of the quality management system to satisfy customer requirements.
Plan to evaluate and rate suppliers (co-operating with Sourcing department).
Receive and process reviews from customers related to product quality.
