Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong (have shuttle bus from HCMC/Binh Duong)

Working time:
Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Monitor incoming material inspection programs and daily product quality and communicate results to relevant departments
• Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System on the production line
• Guarantee that final inspection and packaging meet customer quality requirements
• Notify internal departments about non-conforming products, coordinate replacement schedules, and calculate replacement costs
• Manage problem-solving processes related to quality issues, including Internal Corrective Action Requests and Corrective Action Requests with internally departments and customers
• Supervise and evaluate performance of QC staff
• Plan and organize training courses for employees on product quality and relevant regulations
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Quality Manager and report directly to the Quality Manager.

Other requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years' experience in quality control in manufacturing,
  preferably with focus to mechanical/metal processing
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF16949 and Lean-Management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership skills
• Good at MS Offices and English communication
