• Thực hiện kiểm tra chất lượng sản phẩm theo tiêu chuẩn của công ty.
• Xây dựng và phát triển các kế hoạch kiểm tra (test plan) và mục tiêu kiểm tra (test objective) toán diện cho các dự án.

* Yêu cầu:

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật, Công nghệ thông tin, hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan khác.
• Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan đến kiểm thử phần mềm.
• Kỹ năng viết báo cáo; xây dựng và phát triển kế hoạch kiểm tra (test plan) và mục tiêu kiểm tra (test objective).

Trách nhiệm chính

• Tham gia phân tích yêu cầu, review tài liệu thiết kế để xây dựng test plan, test case, test data.
• Thực hiện manual testing, automation testing cho ứng dụng Mobile Banking (Android/iOS), Internet Banking, Backend API.
• Thực hiện kiểm thử theo nhiều cấp độ: functional, integration, regression, performance, security, UAT support.
• Viết và duy trì automation test scripts với các framework như: Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, JMeter, Postman/Newman.
• Quản lý và theo dõi lỗi trên các công cụ như JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail.
• Hỗ trợ BA/PO trong việc xác nhận yêu cầu, hỗ trợ Dev trong việc tái hiện và xử lý lỗi.
• Đảm bảo sản phẩm tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn bảo mật, chất lượng và quy trình phát triển phần mềm của ngân hàng.

• 5+ years of experience in design test cases/ test scenarios and exceptional ability with cross-browser, cross-platform and responsive testing (PC, mobile and tablet)

• Fluent in speaking and written English

• Hands-on with various types of testing such as system, functional and regression with web and mobile testing

• Good ability to review testing results with QA /QC team members and ensure quality product as expect

• Highly collaborative internal QC/QA team member with production team who fosters open communication and facilitates mutual understanding and cooperation between all stakeholders

• Demonstrated competence and ability to be self-motivated when analyzing problems
