Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the company's applications/ Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và khắc phục sự cố liên quan đến các ứng dụng của công ty

Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM applications/ Đảm bảo tính chính xác và toàn vẹn của dữ liệu trong hệ thống Quản Trị Quan Hệ Khách Hàng

Create and update documentation related to CRM application architecture, configuration and customization/ Tạo và cập nhật tài liệu liên quan đến kiến trúc, cấu hình và tùy chỉnh hệ thống Quản Trị Quan Hệ Khách Hàng.

Stay up to date with CRM software industry trends and best practices, such as applying AI technology to customer service, analyzing customer trends, . / Luôn cập nhật các xu hướng và phương pháp hay nhất của ngành phần mềm Quản Trị Quan Hệ Khách Hàng như ứng dụng công nghệ AI vào dịch vụ khách hàng, phân tích xu hướng khách hàng, ….

Ability to analyze, evaluate and propose software solutions based on requirements from departments, or initiatives to promote the digitalization process to reduce manual work and increase work efficiency / Khả năng phân tích, đánh giá và đề xuất các giải pháp phần mềm dựa vào các yêu cầu từ các phòng ban, hoặc những sáng kiến để thúc đẩy quá trình số hoá nhằm giảm thiểu manual work và tăng hiệu suất làm việc.
