Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Quality Control Inspector located in the Ho Chi Minh City Metropolitan Area. The Quality Assurance Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for
1/ Product Quality Testing
- Contact lab for required sample quantity after receiving GTF.
- Create and submit TRF.
- Follow up with samples sent to the lab.
- Track and follow up on testing results.
- Update testing status into tracking files (Shipping file and CPV).
2/ PO Inspection
- Sample pull, Dupro
- Conduct FRI (scheduling, coordination, and follow-up on inspection results) or final self-inspection.
- Update inspection status into tracking files (Shipping file and CPV).
3/ Factory Visit
- Conduct factory visits and inspections across suppliers in Vietnam and other Asian countries.
- Must be able to travel frequently, including to China and Taiwan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Quality Control, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on QC/inspection experience in manufacturing or trading companies.
- Previous travel experience to Asian countries is required.
- Must have held valid visas to China and Taiwan.
Language & Technical Skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (mandatory).
- Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

About the Role:
We're looking for a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to conduct on-site inspections, including but not limited to: checking product quality against set standards, making sure production is on schedule for timely delivery, and finding practical solutions to any quality issues, playing a key role in helping us continuously improve product quality.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Conduct On-Site Inspections: Visit factories to check products based on quality standards and inspection protocols provided.
- Test Products: Use factory equipment to test products according to their specific performance and features.
- Monitor Production: Check factory production schedules to help ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Report Findings: Clearly and timely communicate inspection results and suggest practical solutions for any quality problems to our merchandising teams.
- Problem Solve: Identify potential quality risks or delays during inspections and suggest ways to prevent them.
- Collaborate: Work closely with manufacturers and internal DPS teams to resolve quality issues effectively.
- Learn & Follow Procedures: Understand and follow DPS and TSC guidelines, procedures, and workflows.

- Knowledge: Good understanding of quality standards (like AQL), inspection methods, and manufacturing processes.
- Communication: Able to communicate clearly and effectively. Presentation skills are a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to find solutions to problems.
- Team Player: Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others.
- Detail-Oriented: You pay close attention to the small things.
- Client Focus: Dedicated to meeting quality standards for our client (TSC).

Compensation:
- VND18,000, ,000,000 per month.
