- Process Improvement: Identify and address quality issues, recommending corrective actions and process enhancements to reduce defects and improve production efficiency.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate customer complaints or quality issues to identify root causes and monitor corrective actions. Analyze quality risks and implement preventive measures to enhance the overall production quality control process. Example: Metal detection process, Heat transfer process.
- Quality Assessment: Conduct monthly quality assessments at factories to review and identify risks throughout the entire QA process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in textile engineering, fashion technology, or a related field.
- English - Business Level (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+)
- 10+ years of experience in garment quality control, ideally within the sportswear or apparel industry.
- Experience with quality management systems (pivot88) and tools like AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit).

How You'll Make An Impact
- You will write test procedure/ test plan, report test results and raise issues / problems into database, provide customer with technical expertise in testing, guide and assign tasks for test technician, control safety during testing time, do risk assessment for all test activities/processes, update and calibrate test equipment.
- You will develop and maintain 5S in test area, responsible for continuous improvement in testing area, cooperate with Test room DTR to utilize resources in case of need, provide technical inputs to design and production department to reduce test failures, conduct analysis and proposal for prevention the failure, coordinate with other departments to solve problems, take care customers during the testing.
- You will do risk assessments for all test activities/processes, control safety during testing time, report unsafe situations are observed, work with HSE teams to improve the safety systems, use of relevant PPE while working following safety instruction in test area strictly, carry out other tasks, as assigned by the Test manager, test about 200 units/years.
- You will be improving factory capacity to meet market and customer requirements, developing organizational capability to meet the challenge of a fast-growing company.
- You will sign the test report, maintain and apply the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 quality management system, coordinate with departments and divisions within the company to complete work, fully equipped with tools, equipment, and protection to perform the job, supervise and check to ensure the accuracy of test results, develop and verify the validity of test methods and refuse to perform work that is unsafe or contrary to company regulations and laws.
