Tasks and Responsibilities
- Initiate SOP – WI for quality inspection process following customer specification and specific requirement.
- Implement inspection & measurement process of semi/final product following internal & intentiontal standards.
- Take respond to in process quality control by frequency audit, online checking
- Account for certificate of analysis (COA) of each shipment
- To take full responsibility for all quality aspects relating to the submission of PPAP, FAIRS, ISIR reports to ensure they are correctly completed to meet customer requirements.
- To support handling of customer returns ensuring all returns are quickly dealt with and the causes are rectified.
- To maintain a record of all returns and operate a procedure to progressively eliminate customer returns
- Assisting with the implementation and monitoring of change
- Interact with other departs to support product activities as applicable
- Support and assist with site continuous improvement projects as identificated by Quality Manager.
Education and Experience
- High technical education.
- Minimum of 3-4 years related experience, including experience of working closely with design engineering functions and production functions.
- Demonstrated increased responsibility level throughout career, including management of multidisciplinary teams
Competencies
- Ability to build and sustain good relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communicator – both verbally and in writing – of technical and business subject matters
- Openness to work with international individuals and collaborate with other departments and functions
- Be self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision when required
