I. CÔNG VIỆC:

1. Tham gia thực hiện, triển khai đo kiểm chất lượng các sản phẩm và IC.
2. Tư vấn, xây dựng phương pháp đánh giá chất lượng cho các dòng chip (RF, mixed-signal, processor).
3. Tư vấn xây dựng quy trình kiểm soát chất lượng và tham gia phân tích lỗi khi xảy ra sự cố.

II. YÊU CẦU:

1. Có hiểu biết về các tham số điện, điện tử
2. Hiểu và nắm vững các kỹ năng sử dụng máy đo như VNA, VSA, Oscilloscope…
3. Kinh nghiệm tiến hành REL test, Failure analysis, lập báo cáo FA, 8D
4. Tốt nghiệp đại học chính quy loại Khá trở lên
5. Tiếng Anh tốt (TOEIC 550 điểm trở lên hoặc chứng chỉ khác tương đương)

6. Có 1 trong những yếu tố sau là lợi thế:

7. Hiểu biết chuyên sâu về các quy chuẩn liên quan đến đánh giá IC như JESD, IEC

8. Hiểu và có kinh nghiệm trong quá trình failure analytic đối với IC

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

The QC Engineer
will be responsible for ensuring the quality of telecommunications products and services (SkyFi eSIM, MVNO) by designing, executing, and optimizing testing processes. The role includes:

Functional & Performance Testing:

• Conduct functional testing for eSIM, physical SIM, service packages, voice, SMS, and data.
• Test network connectivity quality, speed, stability, and latency.
• Evaluate the performance of applications and customer portals (web/app).

Quality Assurance Process:

• Develop and update Test Cases, Test Plans, and Test Scripts for new and existing products/services. Work with development teams, operations, and network partners to troubleshoot issues and improve products.
• Ensure testing processes comply with ISO/IEC, ITU, or internal standards.

Integration & Compatibility Testing:

• Perform system integration testing with partner networks (Core Network, Billing, CRM, API).
• Ensure eSIM compatibility across various devices, operating systems, and platforms.

Quality Reporting & Improvement:

• Create detailed bug reports and track the fix/verification process.
• Analyze defect data and propose solutions to enhance customer experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's or College degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QC/QA Engineer, preferably in telecommunications, MVNO, or Mobile App/Web.
• Knowledge of mobile network technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G), SIM/eSIM, activation, and provisioning processes.
• Skills in writing Test Cases, Test Plans, and using bug tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in testing Billing, CRM, and OSS/BSS systems.
• Skills in log analysis and using telecommunications testing tools (Wireshark, QXDM, TEMS, etc.).
• Good technical communication skills in English.

Job Description:

• Create test scenarios, test case for testing the new system and new feature of existing system.
• Perform testing and document the actual result as needed. Report defects to appropriate team members, monitor defect resolution efforts and track successes.
• Work with relevant team to coordinate the development, updating, maintenance of test cases.
• Analyze defects to determine root cause. Ensure final documents are usable and of high quality.
• Collaborate with systems and development staff to collect and interpret technical information.
• Execute functional test, and integration test. Support end user in UAT testing.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, test leader, BA during planning and reporting test activities.

TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH

• Phát triển, kiểm thử và duy trì các ứng dụng mobile App.
• Làm việc với các thành viên trong team phát triển (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, R&D, Giám đốc Kỹ thuật, Quản lý Dự án) để phối hợp và hiểu rõ, chính xác các yêu cầu và kiến thức liên quan đến sản phẩm.
• Thực hiện các giai đoạn kiểm thử trên các môi trường: Dev, QA và Staging.
• Thiết kế, phát triển và duy trì các kịch bản kiểm thử tự động cho API bằng công cụ Postman với framework Python/C# sẵn có.
• Phối hợp với các nhóm chức năng chéo để hiểu rõ đặc tả API và thiết kế các trường hợp kiểm thử hiệu quả, toàn diện.
• Thiết kế, phát triển và duy trì các kịch bản kiểm thử tự động cho kiểm thử chức năng và giao diện đồng bộ trên nhiều nền tảng (Mac, Web, iPhone, iPad) bằng framework Python hiện tại.
• Tích hợp kiểm thử tự động vào pipeline CI/CD chạy hàng đêm và hỗ trợ thực thi tức thì để tối ưu hoá quá trình kiểm thử.
• Theo dõi và phân tích kết quả kiểm thử, điều tra các lỗi và cung cấp phản hồi cho đội phát triển.
• Báo cáo hàng ngày cho Trưởng nhóm và Giám đốc Kỹ thuật về các vấn đề/sự cố/rủi ro liên quan đến Backend.
• Chịu trách nhiệm chính cho phần việc được giao và đóng góp cải tiến nhằm nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm.
• Tham gia các cuộc họp với khách hàng để thảo luận và thống nhất phương pháp kiểm thử tự động, đồng thời theo dõi và triển khai cho các cơ hội kiểm thử tự động mới.
• Thiết kế và triển khai các tính năng mới cho hệ thống nội bộ và các sản phẩm hướng khách hàng.
• Lập kế hoạch kiểm định chất lượng sản phẩm.

• Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong kiểm thử tự động và đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm.
• Thành thạo một ngôn ngữ lập trình như Python.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Develop test cases based on specifications.
• Check test cases to cover customer's requirements with Senior Tester or BA/PO.
• Execute the test case according to the test plan.
• Qualify the bug's severity and priority rating, and report the bug with detailed information.
• Provide estimations in hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1- 2 years experience in relevant position
• Thorough understanding of the software life-cycle, especially Agile-Scrum.
• Good understanding of various types of testing and design test case techniques.
• Knowledge of bug-tracking tools such as Redmine, Trac, Bugzilla, Mantis, Testlink, JIRA.
• Ensuring proper use of testing tools.
• Work proficiently with Developer tools, API, SQL.
• Create test cases & acceptance criteria based on system requirement specifications.
• Ensuring the appropriate testing activities are scheduled during release and sprint planning. Perform testing on various types of function, both manual and automated.
• Collaborate with the dev team to release on time and do UAT.

Key responsibilities:

As a QC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products. This includes:

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical documents to provide timely and meaningful support.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and execute testing activities
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track issues
• Coordinate with developers to fix bugs
• Use various tools to gather logs to help troubleshoot, debug and fix issues.

Job requirements:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related major
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in manual testing
• Nice to have experience in eCommerce
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus
• Nice to have knowledge on automation tool – Selenium webdriver
• Good communication skills in English,
• Good detail-oriented and result-driven.
