**SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT**

+ Monitor the effectiveness of the supplier's Quality Management System (QMS) and provide insights for necessary development areas

+ Monitor CA's quantity and quality of the work.

**FINAL (AQL) SHIPMENT PRODUCT AUDITS AND CORRELATION AUDITS**
+ Confirm factory audit scheduling and carry out Correlation audits
+ Complete both product construction audits and packaging audits, combined PO/line audits.
+ Follow up all rechecks for failed audits.
**CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITIES**
+ Work collaboratively with cross functional teams, such as: CSR & Traceability, Manufacturing Excellence, Product Safety & Compliance, and Sourcing/ Merchandising team.
+ Hand-select bulk garments in the factory for any special purpose as identified by CGS Management.
+ Report important observations or changes regarding management, customer base, equipment investments, capacity expansion, etc.

The LLO Global Quality team primarily focuses on quality assurance tasks from pre-production to shipment with our finished goods vendors (FGV) in the field. We aim to ensure high-quality products in stores and help vendors improve their quality continuously and efficiently. We accomplish this through product development quality risk assessment, vendor technical evaluation, readiness support, quality inspection, and vendor empowerment training with our partners.
**A day in the life**:
- Manage a team of quality educators to ensure quality assurance in the field
- Implement lululemon's quality standards and SOP with our vendors and team while monitoring their KPI scorecard to meet lululemon's requirements
- Work on quality prevention and risk management plans with the team and vendors seasonally
- Handle technical evaluation and factory audits for new vendors and factories and train ICP auditors while implementing a vendor empowerment program
- Manage pilot runs and HAS styles with the team and FGV to train vendors on technical readiness
- Support the manufacturing excellence (ME) drive for quality efficiency and operation breakdown efficiently; master the disposition and work with the vendor to come up with CAPA with the team in case of quality failure
- Ensure endline report completeness with the QA team and VOP for problem-solving, and follow up on VOG feedback to work out improvement plans with FGV and the team
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textiles, or a related field, along with at least 8-10 years of experience working on the factory floor in the apparel industry
- 3-5 years of experience in a cross-functional quality control role, ideally within an athletic apparel brand
- Knowledge of industry Quality Assurance initiatives such as TQM and six sigma is preferred
- Strong knowledge of technical fabrics, garment construction, and related machinery is required, along with an understanding of fabric quality, lab testing knowledge and GMT construction
- Proficient in MRP software, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are essential, with the ability to travel internationally
- Preferred knowledge and involvement in yoga and/or other fitness, health or sports activities is a plus
