- Proven experience with statistical process control (SPC), Six Sigma methodologies, or Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management systems.

Leading operation support to continually review and guide renovation to SOPs.
Developing SOPs through Process Mapping among other tools at the Resort.
Implementing procedures which enhance the guest experience.
Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge and ensuring all employees meet the InterContinental Brand expectations.
Extracting and sharing current and historical data as well as all aspects of the IHG GuestLove System.

As a
Quality Management Assistant Manager

Main job responsibilities:
- Assist QM Manger to ensure establishment and maintenance of the quality management system to meet WHO GMP, ISO as well as other regulatory and company requirements, include lead responsible for reviewing & revising QM documents.

Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in technical or pharmacy field
- More than 6 years of related working experience in quality management in manufacturing environment, medical devices/ pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Experience in leading a team
- Standard: ISO 9001, ISO 19011, ISO 14644, GMP ; 5whys analysis
- Good English and communication skill
- Auditting, reporting, presentation, troubleshooting skill

The Head of Quality Management is responsible for leading the hospital-wide quality assurance and patient safety programs, with a strategic focus on achieving Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation. This role oversees the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of quality initiatives, ensuring that clinical and operational practices align with international best practices, regulatory standards, and Carmel International Hospital's mission of delivering world-class healthcare.
The Head of Quality Management collaborates with clinical, administrative, and support service leaders to foster a culture of continuous improvement, patient-centered care, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Quality Leadership & Governance
- Lead the hospital's quality and patient safety strategy, including the development and implementation of a hospital-wide Quality Management System (QMS).
- Establish and chair the hospital's Quality Council and relevant sub-committees (e.g., Patient Safety, Infection Control, Risk Management).
- Serve as the primary advisor to executive leadership on all quality-related matters, including accreditation readiness, regulatory compliance, and quality performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement, safety, and accountability across all departments.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations, including those from the Ministry of Health, Department of Health, and other accreditation bodies.

Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in healthcare quality management, patient safety, or hospital accreditation.

The Opportunity
Focus on manufacturing operational improvement and cost savings to improve the organization's profitability and efficiency including analyze designs, methods and internal manufacturing processes. Develop strategies and initiatives for operational efficiency. Implement process improvements and changes in product design and manufacturing methods. Implements continuous improvement initiatives using various Lean methodologies and principles.
How Do You Make Impact
- You will deploy and execute the strategies to continuous improvement and strategy deployment via L6S, facilitate best practice sharing within the location, work directly with key stakeholders to achieve buy-in and execute strategy. You will develop talented individuals within the location and provide access to internal customers who require specific content knowledge and/or capabilities relevant to their continuous improvement program, mentor, coach and develop pipelines of continuous improvement to drive business results.
- You will understand the organization's vision, objectives and improvement need and suggest projects and improvement actions that support objectives, work with leaders to identify and access the best resource (internal or external) with which to work, ensure budge and team resources for our customers' continuous improvement efforts and stay there until the work can be sustained by their own operation, customers are required to build up competency and resources to sustain solution.
- You will support deployment of the organization's strategies through effective utilization of continuous improvement resources where needed, within the functional area of expertise, provide organization-wide visibility of the current portfolio of continuous improvement efforts; tracking via metrics/KPIs progress and value from these efforts in order to help decision makers allocate resources and recognize success, with special focus on operational cost reduction, work effectively with other CI leaders to standardize processes and develop best practices.
- You will provide training, coaching and facilitation support to individuals and teams so that they are better equipped to drive their improvement efforts for themselves, support/train in line with training and development structure for respective locations and to make sure the knowledge is well transferred within the CI community.
- You will drive cultural transformation within the scope of responsibility, with a hands-on approach, understand and promote behavioral change to continuously improve function performance through programs and initiatives, standards, Governance and Risk Management Accountable to ensure compliance with global and local standards, rules, policies and procedures related to Operations/Project execution. In alignment with the respective Group, Divisional, BU and Hub policies, responsible to introduce LPG/LBU/Factory-wide standards and guidelines, standardized processes, and KPIs and ensure that the area of responsibility is organized, staffed, skilled and directed.

Your Background
- You hold BS degree or equivalent education, preferably in Engineering, Training.
- Design and deliver technical trainings in diverse areas - Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt, Lean methodologies: DMAIC, VSM, SMED, TPM.
- Highly developed communication and training skills.
- Broad knowledge of multiple technology areas.
- Able to work under pressure and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and able to communicate with different levels in organization - Fluent in English

As an Engineer - Quality Management at B. Braun you will play a vital role in leading risk assessment activity for medical plants
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead risk assessment activity for medical plants: Take lead risk assessment activity from QM.
- Respond to create, supervise, and manage the risk assessment management file of medical plant.
- Respond to lead team to involve and do risk assessment of change controls, improvement projects and projects to meet requirements with stakeholders
- Coordinate with stakeholders to executive the risk assessment management file.
- To create/revise the risk assessment documentations shall comply with ISO standards, Global documentations
- Validation activity: Input risk analysis for Validation engineer during prepare validation. Update risk analysis after validation activities
- Project activity: Coordinate with Regional and Global to executive the risk assessment projects, programs. Involve/perform relate tasks to risk analysis as risk assessment expert
- Create/revise/ Training SOP Risk analysis
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related working experience or Master's degree with 1 year of related working experience in risk management
- Requires working knowledge of technical or production field.
- Knowlegle in ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14971 is preferred
- Knowledge of root cause analysis or 5 whys analysis. Have experienct about FMEA method/ 5M + 1E during control deviation in production is preferred
- Good English
- Communication. MS Office. Presentation. Team work
