Job Description
As an Quality Inspector, you'll be reporting to Inspector Team Leader or Operations Manager and working as part of our Operations department. The purpose of QIMA's Operations team is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality.

Your main duties will revolve around on-site quality inspections of our clients' products.

• Check email daily to receive inspection documents.
• Attend to inspections on time and communicate with supplier in a professional way.
• Perform the inspection of the merchandise according with company procedures. Supervise the stuffing of the containers according with company procedures.
• Fulfill inspection reports according with company procedures and timelines.

Qualifications
It could be you if you have:

• Possess a college degree or above in related fields
• Experience of at least 1 - 2 years in quality management in eyewear products
• Knowledge of AQL standards, as well as relevant safety and quality regulations
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Great attention to detail and strong professional ethics

• Record inspection results in quality forms and management systems.
• Coordinate with production operators, team leaders to handle defects and prevent non-conforming products.
• Participate in root cause analysis and propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct and evaluate First Article and Final Inspections.

• Perform other tasks related to quality control as assigned and instructed by superiors

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Quality Control Inspector located in the Ho Chi Minh City Metropolitan Area. The Quality Assurance Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for

1/ Product Quality Testing

• Contact lab for required sample quantity after receiving GTF.
• Create and submit TRF.
• Follow up with samples sent to the lab.
• Track and follow up on testing results.
• Update testing status into tracking files (Shipping file and CPV).

2/ PO Inspection

• Sample pull, Dupro
• Conduct FRI (scheduling, coordination, and follow-up on inspection results) or final self-inspection.
• Update inspection status into tracking files (Shipping file and CPV).

3/ Factory Visit

• Conduct factory visits and inspections across suppliers in Vietnam and other Asian countries.
• Must be able to travel frequently, including to China and Taiwan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quality Control, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on QC/inspection experience in manufacturing or trading companies.
• Previous travel experience to Asian countries is required.
• Must have held valid visas to China and Taiwan.
