Job Description
**Key responsibilities**
- Develop relations and programs with opinion leaders, learned societies and patient associations to establish the scientific and medical legitimacy and the values of the Division or the brands
Select / design the medical and scientific events (medical education targeting doctors and patients, congresses etc.) so as to increase the visibility and enhance the reputation of the unit
- Coordinate both internal and external contributors to ensure the operational setting up of medical and scientific events
Develop programmes (partnerships, sponsorships, services, etc.) with learned societies, patient associations and other professional players in the health sector Identify and select relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Rising Opinion Leaders (ROLs) - scientists and health professionals - for the Division and/or the brands
- Mobilise and motivate the chosen KOLs and ROLs in their consulting, training and representative activities (congresses, digital, media etc.)
Measure the impact of the action taken and ensure the follow-up
Communicate on the action taken
Ensure the monitoring of activity relating to professional and medical relations
Work together with other functions / departments (marketing, medical detailing, external communications and digital)
Ensure the respect of internal and external ethical standards regarding relations with health professionals
**Required Competencies**:
- Education Qualification: University Degree of pharmaceutical or Dermatologist
- At least 5 years of experience in the role of PM of pharmaceutical company. Experience and knowledge skin care & aesthetic will be an advantage
- Have a good relationship with KOLs, Director, Heads of hospital’s pharmacy in Dermatology and Aesthetic is a plus
- High sense of responsibility, honest. Passionate & able to work under high pressure.
- Knows regulatory constraints
- Establishing effective relationship with his/her customers (KOLs, Doctors, Head of hospital’s pharmacy, Hiệp hội thẩm mỹ VN) to increase their recommendation/ prescription. Builds an interactive and customized dialogue with the physician

Ensures all hotel websites are regularly updated and list most relevant information and rates/offers.
Prepares reports and analysis of hotel websites and to shar
Maintains records of all media and purchase agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotel.
Updates and checks departmental expenses against budgeted costs.

Minimum requirements
2 years of experience in the same position
Pre-opening experience is preferable
Luxury background in resort and urban city

- Have sensitivity to safety or regulatory issues, and experience with crisis management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to day-to-day challenges.
