**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare Portfolio Quality Review report, internal portfolio monitoring MIS & regulatory reporting
- Support to automate and standardize different MIS reporting in collaboration with other functions from Global Technology, Group Risketc.
- Monitor portfolio trends and make recommendations for performance tuning. Assist to implement various portfolio action programs.
- Understand key regulations/ internal policy and the associated reporting requirements.
- Escalate credit concerns/updates to senior risk and business managers and propose risk mitigation action to be taken
- Proactively get informed on developments/news in the industry
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferable to have experience working in the retail risk management. Relevant experience in fields of banking, accounting, finance, reporting and data analytics can be considered.
- Experience in financial analysis and large data processing
- Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance, financial modelling, credit and banking products, credit analytics, risk assessment, and transaction execution
- Exceptional numerical skills and clear communication
- Proven ability to work with little direction and in a team
- Demonstrated accountability, self-motivation and business acumen
**_Technical requirement:_**
- Knowledge in SAS/SQL/VBA/programing languages and database management is highly desirable
- Practical experience in MS Excel, Access
