**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare Portfolio Quality Review report, internal portfolio monitoring MIS & regulatory reporting
- Support to automate and standardize different MIS reporting in collaboration with other functions from Global Technology, Group Risketc.
- Monitor portfolio trends and make recommendations for performance tuning. Assist to implement various portfolio action programs.
- Understand key regulations/ internal policy and the associated reporting requirements.
- Escalate credit concerns/updates to senior risk and business managers and propose risk mitigation action to be taken
- Proactively get informed on developments/news in the industry
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferable to have experience working in the retail risk management. Relevant experience in fields of banking, accounting, finance, reporting and data analytics can be considered.
- Experience in financial analysis and large data processing
- Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance, financial modelling, credit and banking products, credit analytics, risk assessment, and transaction execution
- Exceptional numerical skills and clear communication
- Proven ability to work with little direction and in a team
- Demonstrated accountability, self-motivation and business acumen

**General Responsibilities**
Business Intelligence:
- Develop a data, analytics, and reporting framework to provide business insights, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
Data Warehouse Management:
- Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse or data lake infrastructure to ensure efficient data storage, access, and retrieval.
- Implement data cleansing, transformation, and integration processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Work with IT teams to ensure the smooth operation and scalability of data storage solutions.
Dashboard & Reports:
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Ensure dashboards and reports are user-friendly, visualized, and effectively communicate data insights.
**Functional Skills and Knowledge**
- You have excellent customer service orientation, communication, change management, consulting, and interpersonal skills.
- You must be proficient in SQL and Power BI reporting tools, Power Automate and other analytics platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mind: To extract insight from data, you need to practice concentrating on being able to dig through many data at the same time.
- Logic thinking and ask the difficult question: think about why these numbers are there, what it means, how it works, what are the limitations of the dataset and what if it is suitable for our business.
- Good organizational skills: good data management can organize everything scientifically.
- To be honest and transparent: Always provide reliable insight and accurate knowledge about the market information.
