As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our most important retail clients. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify new business opportunities within your assigned accounts. This position is entirely remote, allowing you to connect with clients and colleagues across Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand business within key retail accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and product placement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product development) to ensure seamless service delivery to key accounts.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance client retention.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar client-facing sales role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the retail sector and its dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote sales territory effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
