**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for back office, inventory and support activities, ensuring maximum cooperation to the sales team in the achievement of the store targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To manage and supervise store operations administration and all related cycle, quarterly and annual, inventory activities.
- Notification of inventory date to team
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies
- To advice on all back-office activities such as data entry into the proper software system, product receiving at store, check between physical items received and invoice, incorrect product receiving management together with the regional logistics department.
- Receiving (her), CA will check the stocks and put into selling shelf and do data entry of goods receipt into internal POS system.
- Goods receipt discrepancies and report to RLC on delivery.
- Defective products report to AFSS. / RLC if beyond repair.
- Inter-transfer btw stores.
- Stock rebalancing and buy back
- To perform after sale service activities such as taking items to repair in charge from the sale staff, contacting repair centers, organizing item shipment to repair center.
- To perform weekly price tagging activities related to all items, from product receiving to reprising.
- Request price tags from RLC and tag to products with CA presence.
- Customer enquires on products/ pricing/ repairs/ exchange/ or transfer calls to CA.
- To contact IT/system suppliers in case of malfunctioning or damage to any hardware/software device.
- To contact suppliers/ vendors for any store maintenance issue providing prompt and provide update to the store manager.
- Prepare maintenance report and tracking of completion deadline.
- To support and manage on all administration support and paperwork, employee events

- Usage of packaging for RLC (consumption report) on monthly basis and analysis on order for following months (based on store trend).
- Provide RLC quarterly update on Ordering and tracking of packaging items (submit to RLC)
- Month end sales report on sales
- Monthly Leave (ROs, annual leave and other leave) report and planning
- CRM gifting report (by customers by gift/ month)
- Preparation of monthly briefing minutes
- Any ad-hoc duties and support as needed.
- Contact point for office and store.

**Academic / Professional Qualifications**:
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.

**Your day at NTT DATA**
The Sales Support Administrator has basic relevant experience and typically operates in larger operational environments where there is enough work for two levels of sales administration.
This role acts as a support function to the sales team and assists members of the sales force by performing components of sales order related administration, for example, quote to cash process.

+ Provides assistance with operational sales effectiveness by establishing relationships with vendors and coordinating everyday interactions, queries and general information sharing with them.
+ Provides assistance with routine quotations for clients either from direct requests or on behalf of the Sales team.
+ May be required to administer aspects of the purchase order process by generating, distributing and administrating purchase orders.
+ Checks the quotes against raised order to ensure that what has been ordered has been quoted and that the correct terms and conditions have been applied.
+ Provides assistance with obtaining information on the most current vendor pricing conjunction with commercial colleagues.
+ Administers general sales related documentation through receiving, labelling, sorting, filing and distributing as is required.
+ Captures data and maintain systems as is required by the sales process and sales team.
+ Provides routine administrative support to the sales force when it is required.
+ Uses the systems and data to produce routine reports when necessary.
+ Performs any other related task as required.
**Knowledge and Attributes:**
+ Detail oriented and organized.
+ Displays some ability to work in a high paced environment.
+ Basic analytical ability.
+ Good communication skills both verbal and written.
+ Must be service oriented and have a great attitude.
+ Basic knowledge and understanding of sales processes, tools and methodologies would be advantageous.

+ High / Secondary School diploma or equivalent qualification.
