1. Planning: (40%)
- Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
- Follow order & goods received to maintain inventory levels based on future customer demands & work algin with SMs
- Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed and provide solution to clear stock or increase peak season stock to optimize inventory
- Monitor the demand plan performance throughout the month to provide detailed input to Sales and Marketing management.
2. Sales Operations: (30%)
- Monitor & ensure the deliverables of S&OP outcomes (for both Online/Offline targets) included: a record of all decisions, modification to the corporate business plan, the “fourth-pass” S&OP grids and graphs reflecting all changes (if any); breakdown plan to execute the S&OP.
- Ensure execution & continuous improvement of monthly S&OP cycle. Makes sure that decisions on balancing demand & supply are taken within the S&OP framework.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed and provide solution to clear stock or increase peak season stock to optimize inventory.
3. Commercial Analysis: (30%)
- Gather data that includes sales, stocks, products, and project performance to track, report and analyze required metrics (operation & commercial) to facilitate pre-S&OP and S&OP execution between Ops, Merc - Commercial.
- Analyze, Review & Input for BI reporting to monitor performance, product sales & trends to be shared within the organization and support to BD/Commercial decision-making.
- Review monthly Assortment performance (Cat mix, Channel Mix, Margin Mix) to deliver sufficient insights which support to drive sale & clear slow-moving product by analyzing current run-rate.
