Sales Representative
to join us and support market development in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage local distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts in the relevant hardware industry;
- Promote MEIDE's products and brands;
- Identify and pursue business opportunities in potential projects;
- Lead the full sales cycle: customer identification, presentations, quotations, contract negotiation, and after-sales follow-up;
- Build long-term relationships with contractors, project consultants and resellers;
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to optimize strategy and product offerings;
- Coordinate with internal departments including technical, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2~3 years
of sales experience in a related industry (e.g., pipes, valves, pumps); - Proven ability to independently develop distribution channels and major accounts;
- Good understanding of the local construction materials and infrastructure market;
- Fluent in
Vietnamese
and
English
; Mandarin Chinese is a plus; - Excellent skills in business development, communication, and relationship management;
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, International Business, or related fields;
