Proven experience working with software development teams in an Agile environment is essential. Certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is required. Strong knowledge of agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is also necessary. The ability to build trust and rapport with team members and stakeholders is crucial. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is preferred. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving impediments, and a passion for continuous improvement.
While this is a hybrid role, requiring occasional presence in our Nha Trang office, remote collaboration tools and practices will be essential for daily team interaction. Candidates should be based within a commutable distance to Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa, VN .
