**B, CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
**For client**:
- Lead and devise integrated communication plans, influencer communication plans, social & digital communication plans, web3 campaigns on client’s briefs
- Lead the internal planning process from beginning to the end, including receiving briefs, arranging internal timeline, researching for insight, building strategic approach, developing creative concept, quality checking the execution ideas, finalising the deck, presenting to clients, overview the implementation, and post-campaign reviews
- Bring a strong understanding in strategic thinking and planning to solve the brand’s problems through communication
- Make sure the data and insight research (both primary and secondary) go on the right track
- Provide planning tool to develop the communication strategy and define, measure the KPI
- Guide team to build up strategic approach and rationale with the ability to analyse & interpret the data, insight and strategic communication frameworks.
- Demonstrate creative ambition, finding ways to impact the creative process (both concept and execution ideas) and drive us to great work
- Be an advisor and stimulating voice to strengthen both strategy and creative parts
- Responsible for overall campaign strategy, planning, implementation, and post-campaign reviews for the campaigns in-charge
- Coordinate and quality check the proposals from freelance planner if any
- Push your own thinking without more senior support and drive us all to challenge the thinking continually
- Proactively identify new areas of opportunity in client businesses, always on the lookout for new opportunities and account growth.
- Able to offer advice on a range of business, product, marketing, and communications problems, isolate the type of marketing solution required by different business problems and funnel this understanding into our creative strategy.
**For internal**_:_**
- To be a team player and manage team members well to ensure all tasks
- Guide and conduct internal training in mining data, research, industry knowledge, critical & strategic thinking, concept development, creative thinking
- Guide, produce and advise the planning team and other teams on best practices, innovation, trends, data research, and intelligence reports.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders - account management, creative, media & influencer teams to ensure the campaign's smooth implementation.
- Give strategic direction or communication direction to consult other teams for internal projects such as: roadmap and awareness campaign of exclusive KOLs, sales campaign for exclusive KOL's merchandise, etc.
- Perform other tasks as requested by Line Manager
**C, YOUR PROFILE**
- 5+ years of Strategy experience or equivalent.
- Prior experience in advertising, branding, marketing, is highly regarded.
- **Open or willing to learn about web3 knowledge**
- Demonstrable research knowledge - working with both primary and secondary research as well as qualitative and quantitative methodologies/data.
- Familiar and comfortable with a broad range of approaches for building brands including customer journey, audience segmentation, communications/connections planning, social media, influencer marketing, etc.
- Able to combine rigorousness with reduction. Taking on a comprehensive approach to information, while being able to filter it down to the most poignant insights and opportunities.
- Comfortable with public speaking and strong presentation ability.
