Mô tả công việc :

– Phối hợp với Trưởng bộ phận Sản phẩm để xác định mục tiêu sản phẩm, phạm vi dự án, vai trò & trách nhiệm

– Xác định nhu cầu về nguồn lực và quản lý sự sẵn có & phân bổ nguồn lực – cả nội bộ và bên thứ ba

– Xây dựng ngân sách dựa trên yêu cầu và theo dõi chi phí để đảm bảo dự án trong phạm vi ngân sách

– Chuẩn bị kế hoạch dự án chi tiết để sắp xếp các mốc quan trọng, dòng công việc & hoạt động

– Quản lý việc triển khai dự án theo đúng kế hoạch

– Theo dõi dự án và cung cấp báo cáo thường xuyên về tình trạng cho nhóm dự án và các bên liên quan

– Quản lý và điều chỉnh khi có thay đổi về phạm vi, tiến độ và/hoặc ngân sách dự án

– Xác định và giảm thiểu các rủi ro tiềm ẩn

– Quản lý mối quan hệ và giao tiếp với tất cả các bên liên quan, đảm bảo dự án được bàn giao theo sự hài lòng của họ

Yêu cầu :

Kỹ năng và yêu cầu bắt buộc:

Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong quản lý dự án

Trình độ tiếng Nhật thương mại (tối thiểu N2)

Kỹ năng kỹ thuật tốt và hiểu biết vững chắc về phát triển phần mềm

Nhạy bén trong kinh doanh & thương mại, có kỹ năng quản lý các bên liên quan xuất sắc

Kỹ năng phân tích để xác định chính xác rủi ro và giải quyết vấn đề phát sinh trong dự án

Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian tốt và có khả năng xử lý nhiều công việc cùng lúc
