Job Description
- Receive, check the reasonability, accuracy and adequacy of internal payment documents in according to the law and internal regulations. Making payment and booking to expense account accordingly.
- Reconcile the receivable and payable items relating to internal expenses and suppliers. Send report to related departments to request response/solution and settlement for the long outstanding advances.
- Implement accounting for labor tools, fixed assets and depreciation for the bank under the applicable laws and internal regulations. Reconcile and implement physically check inventory of assets and labor tools between the actual and the records.
- Amortizing prepaid expenses for HO and branch units and reconcile this account accordingly
- Recording the bank loan provision and other provision (if any)
- Recording transactions, FPT transaction, transactions of allocating revenue and expenses between HO and Branches according to internal policies in each period.
- Implement booking for salary and bonus and reconcile Personal Income Tax, Social Insurance payment monthly/yearly with Human Resources Management Department.
- Check documents daily; store documents as regulations in Accounting & Finance Department
- Prepare tax declaration and payment for Head Office and Branches comply with the law. Making related party report sent to Tax department.
- Update tax regulations according to law weekly.
- Provide report of Fixed Assets, report of state budget payment, report of related parties to serve IVB financial report quarterly and yearly
- Implement others tasks as manager requirement
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Male/ Female with Bachelor’ s degree of banking, finance, economics or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Commercial Banking Accounting Operation and Taxes
- Good at skills of comprehensive and analytical
- Skills of presentation, problem - solving, decision - making
- **Experience**: At least 2 year working experiences as accountant, in Banking field is a plus
- ** English**: TOEIC 600 or equivalent. Preferable for proficient English

**We are looking for an experienced tax compliance analyst with a legal or tax background to join our Corporate Tax Team.**
Your main task will be to oversee and coordinate the COP Groups global tax compliance, as well as to support and develop the corporate tax department and compliance area in COP. A part of the development journey is to enhance our corporate tax compliance area and creating better process and transparency on the global tax matters.

You will be involved in the development of our tax function to ensure that COP continues to meet its obligations and grow in terms of size and number of countries in which it operates. The position is expected to grow in line with the company.
**You will support initiatives including**:
- Responsible for corporate tax compliance:_
- Reviewing tax calculations and tax reporting for VAT and CIT globally for COP affiliates
- Actively engage with our global and local tax compliance advisors
