- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing (animal feed experience not required)
- Strong technical mindset; willing to operate machinery in early stages
- Experience in process improvement, data analysis, or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and long-term commitment
- Willing to work in shift
