You will be an integral part of the product team and QA process to ensure that our customers and stakeholders
continue to have an outstanding experience across our Web, Mobile and API channels. You will be constantly
looking at process improvements to deliver quality with speed. You will aspire, like the rest of the team, to
become a Quality advisor!

**What you will do**:

- Improve software quality and delivery speed by designing and developing automation solutions across product teams.
- Testing and reporting on performance, usability, security, hardware/software compatibility, network conditions.
- Writing and updating the automation scripts using best practices, assisting other team members in writing automated scripts.
- Maintaining regression suite.
- Participating in agile team ceremonies: stand ups, backlog grooming (poker planning), sprint planning and retrospectives, provide insights based on product knowledge and end user interactions.
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and DevOps on solving customer and technical issues.
- Assist and mentor other QAs and developers with knowledge sharing sessions.
- Create and maintain various testing related documentation

**What you should have**:

- Significant experience in writing automated test cases using Cypress, TypeScript and/or other JavaScript frameworks.
- Significant experience in testing RESTful APIs using Postman, Newman, JMeter or other tools.
- Significant experience in contributing to process improvements, involvement in agile practices.
- Significant experience in performance and security testing.
- Experience in using logging services such as newrelic, splunk, kibana.
- Significant experience in CI/CD tools and DevOps culture.
- The ability to isolate defects effectively, and provide steps to reproduce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Always set the bar high for your work and pay special attention to details.
- Proactiveness, critical thinking ability, self-organised, autonomous and a team player.
- You love having a knack for diagnosing and solving complex problems
