These are Preferred Qualifications
- Program Management : Coordinate and manage technical projects from initiation to

completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Resource Planning: Collaborate with team leaders to allocate and optimize resources,

ensuring efficient utilization of personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams,

troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective resolution of technical challenges.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with internal and external

stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and

managing expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, proactively

addressing challenges to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency

enhancement, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to streamline workflows.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain project documentation, including

project plans, status reports, and technical specifications, ensuring accuracy and

completeness.
- Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration among cross-functional teams, promoting

knowledge sharing and ensuring alignment of technical initiatives with organizational

goals.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best

outcomes.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry

regulations and quality standards, implementing measures to uphold data integrity and

security.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Five years of relevant work experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or

equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technical or engineering

environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and

manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate

effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make informed

decisions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies are a must.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently

and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Strong commitment to professional growth and learning.
