We are looking for a **Software **Engineer, QA **(Server) **as part of the Engineeering Department.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop product knowledge to understand the products’ key requirements and features, and to keep abreast of the latest development of the products
- Analyze products’ requirements solicited from prospects/customers of the company via TPOs, as well as improvements and enhancements from internal review of the company’s products
- Study and construct use cases and workflow related to product/feature requirements
- Design and document test procedures, plans, scenarios, cases and scripts, based on the products’ requirements and technical specifications
- Own, execute and manage the testing activities of product releases throughout the product development lifecycle, covering functional tests, scenario tests, and end-to-end tests on the products
- Assign testing activities to fellow software testers and coordinate/track their testing progress and testing results (junior QA resources)
- Ensure testing of each product release meets the products’ requirements, completes on time, and adheres to the test plans and QA standards defined by the company
- Detect software bugs, issues and failures, and maintain the defects in the Bug Reporting and Tracking System for follow-up fixes, retest
- Track outstanding defects and liaise with respective owners to fix them for retest
- Conduct periodic review and generate historic analysis of the test results to highlight repeating or systemic defects for follow-up
- Take on active role in defining, developing and implementing the automated testing platform
- Champion best working practices in testing and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Mentor the junior team members on the product test cases, test execution and test automation.
**Requirements**:
**Must have**:
- Vietnamese citizen
- Bachelor degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of QA working experience in requirements analysis/specifications and software product testing.
- Experiences in exploratory testing to explore server changes
- Detail oriented with a strong focus on quality
**Good to have**:
- Automation test experience, e.g. Cypress, Selenium,
- Experience with load testing, e.g. JMeter,
- Good understanding of the software development and testing lifecycle
- Knowledge of Jira bug reporting software and Jenkins is preferred
- Ability to adapt to and learn new technologies quickly
- Experience in technical languages, e.g. Java,Javascript, SQL scripts

- Fluent English for day to day communications with European colleagues.
- Programming experience with Java.
- Experience on test automation framework: Selenium, Katalon, Appium and Cucumber.
- Experience on performance test framework like Gatling, JMeter and Locust is a plus. Willing to do performance tests.
- Experience on Selenium infrastructure: Selenium Grid, Selenium for Docker, Selenium on Clouds.
- Experience on Continuous Integration tools (like Jenkins, Rundeck).
Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to grasp issues quickly and make educated, critical judgment in the absence of complete information.
- Able to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work with various cross functional teams to deliver high quality products.
- A background of exploratory testing is a plus as our system being tested will require innovation to discover bugs.

- Collaborate within agile team (business owners, manual testers, developers) to define testing solutions throughout the entire software development life cycle.
- Maintain high quality builds, develop stable automation tests including investigating broken builds and failed tests.
- Define automation strategy for new features and production incidents (test data, test script implementation).
- Drive innovation topics to enhance software factory, automation framework, reduce test execution times, comprehensive feedback to developers.
- Collaborate across organization to troubleshoot DevOps problems quickly and efficiently.
- Evaluate and improve architectures for testing infrastructure and continuous deployment (configure automatic building, installing, testing jobs for deliveries).
- Develop and maintain tools for continuous delivery / continuous integration (merge commits, check missing commits, etc.).
