- Relevant experience to develop sourcing business in Vietnam
- Strong Negotiation Skills.

- Prepare reports & analysis for monthly performance review meetings (actual vs budget) on Supply Chain’s performance.
- Business partnering with the budget owner to formulate action plan to drive growth and efficiency, enhance profitability, working capital and work on costs and profit optimization initiatives.
- Be responsible for costs management and financial analysis.
- Analyze financial information to improve business performance and ensure quality control over financial transactions.
- Evaluates departmental performance and makes adjustments to daily operations when needed to ensure the department meets overall goals and objectives.
- Monitor all capital expenditures (Capex) against budgets/forecast to ensure match with approval and compliance for a decision-making.
- Process monthly closing activities.
- Drive costs efficiency projects and streamline various finance as well as non-finance process improvements.
- Assist on implementing financial policies, control procedures and system (if any).
- Provide ad-hoc report or analysis required by management team.
- Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
