Key Areas of Responsibility:
Shared Services Management:
- Assist with development of Shared Services operational plans and actively implementing plans to help create a high-performing service delivery culture through development and effective utilization of staff
- Define, monitor, and ensure the delivery of a comprehensive set of performance metrics that support the portfolio companies
- Establishes standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of human resource programs
- Lead a team of HR Shared Services professionals across Compensation & Benefits, Administration, Talent Acquisition Operations, Performance Management and Learning & Development to deliver an accurate and timely service to the portfolio companies, and to continually drive for improvements in the shared services performance.
- Acts as liaison between the HRBP / Business Unit GM and the HR Shared Service to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs.
- Create Data & HR Analytics dashboards providing management with key HR metrics for the business such as attrition, hiring, shared service delivery metrics.

Qualification and Experience Required
- Post graduate qualification in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or English is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, including for foreign employees
- A minimum of 10 years management experience at senior management level in a corporate, preferably MNC environment
- Experience in the development of strategic and operational HR plans and their implementation in a professional work environment
