**Essential Requirements**
+ Fluency in English and Vietnamese languages
+ Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Data Analytics / Computer Science
+ 8 years and above relevant work experience in similar roles
+ Program / Project Management expertise. Demonstrated fluency with Excel and PowerPoint
+ Preferably candidates who live at Vinh Phuc/ Hanoi.
**Desirable Requirements**
+ Fluency in Mandarin

**Essential Responsibilities**
+ Develop and Maintain Quality Plan and Quality Control plan, CAV to manufacturing products complied to requirements and/or specification
+ Lead on root cause analysis for quality defects and/or quality findings
+ Supervise for implementation of corrective action and preventative action for process quality issues; Analyze failure, provide corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
+ Implement contract review, make deviation and clarification on contract technical specification with customer for project
+ Lead on pre-inspection meeting for each project & take care customer during they visit factory for witness inspection.
+ Develop and maintain metrics that defines the condition of the production process and Cost of poor quality.
+ Oversee internal processes such as NCR, Internal Audit, and others to ensure data accuracy, and process effectiveness including resulting corrective actions and performance metrics
+ Provide technical instruction to Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system, contract specifications.
+ Recognized and manage Risk's Quality, making plan and implementation audit following the Quality Management system for continuous improvement quality product
**Requirements**
+ University degree or higher in mechanical engineering, or at least 03 years of experience working in a similar position.
+ Good listen & speak by english
+ CWI, CSWIP, NACE certification is preferred
+ Understand ISO 9001, Standard and Code (ASME, .).
