**Your day at NTT DATA**
The Talent Acquisition Partner is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for working closely with line managers by providing support with the entire recruitment process.
This role works closely with the HR organization by assisting with full life cycle of talent acquisition to support dynamic business growth.
The Talent Acquisition Partner actively participates in the deployment of global projects in region relating to the improvement of talent acquisition practices.
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
+ Collaborate closely with technical departments (BrSE/Project managerment, Developers, Network, Cloud, Security, Core, Sales etc.) to define hiring needs and candidate profiles.
+ Source and attract candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, and professional networks.
+ Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline for technical and managerial positions in the IT and telecom sectors.
+ Participate in interviews, assess candidates, and advise hiring managers on selection decisions.
+ Execute targeted recruitment campaigns and talent attraction programs tailored to the telecom industry.
+ Stay updated on labor market trends in the telecom and system integration sectors to suggest improvements to recruitment strategies.
+ Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
+ Collates sources of information regarding candidates, including information from employment checks, psychometric assessments and discuss it with the hiring manager to facilitate an appropriate hiring decision.
+ Monitors and maintains internal and external job postings.
+ Ensures that all new hires are onboarded in a professional and engaging way.
+ Extracts the necessary data required for monthly and weekly reporting, assists with the analysis of this data, preparing it for presentation to the relevant forums.
+ Performs any other related task as required.
**To thrive in this role, you need to have:**
+ Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in IT industry or SI telecommunication.
+ Seasoned understanding of talent acquisition strategies, best practices, and industry trends to attract and retain top talent.
+ Seasoned understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and assessment to offer management and onboarding.
+ Excellent ability to stay updated on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
+ Seasoned experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other technology used to streamline the recruitment process.
+ Demonstrates a forward-thinking approach to talent acquisition, anticipating future talent needs, and developing proactive recruitment strategies.
+ Open to new ideas and embracing innovative recruitment practices and technologies.
**Academic qualifications and certifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology or related field.
+ Relevant certifications are beneficial.
**Required experience:**
+ Seasoned demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or related fields.
+ Proficient in using digital social networks (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, other professional platforms) for sourcing and approaching candidates.
+ Proficient in various interview techniques and assessment methods.
+ Familiar with social media platforms and common candidate channels.
+ Capable of building strong networks with Hiring Managers, potential candidates, and industry professionals.
+ Good conversational English skills (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent).

**Work Experience** :
