A. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

1. Nội dung công việc:

  • Hỗ trợ thiết kế lộ trình công danh & bộ công cụ lập kế hoạch để giúp CBNV hiểu các phương án phát triển nghề nghiệp của họ trong tổ chức

Qualification & Requirements
Education & Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in organizational development / talent management, ideally within a global or multicultural environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing professional teams across geographic boundaries.

  • Responsible for the operation performance of key factors of livestream and talent/host performance by following team's KPIs.
