YOUR TASKS
- Supervise every aspect of company accounting’s function
- Monitor posting, analyze accounting data; control the rationality and compliance of accounting transactions.
- Review balance sheet, general leger accounts, income statement and cash flow statement prepared under VAS & IFRS; manage the accurate, reliable and timely reporting for local and Group consolidation
- Conduct monthly expenses and KPI analysis to control expenses of all business units within budget and provide recommendations based on analysis to local management on fact-based actions to improve business performance and increase cost efficiency
- Act as the liaison to local management team, for analysis related queries (i.e variance analysis)
- Coordinate annual budget and rolling/quarterly year end forecast
- Implement and improve internal controls, finance and accounting related policies/procedures;
- Auditing business for year-end closing; contact and cooperate with auditing agency, make sure company business compliance with local law and accounting regulation;
- Tax business: ensure that the company income tax, the IIT and VAT business compliance with the local law
- Complete other related tasks assigned by superior.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting, ACCA is advantage
- At least 3 years finance and accounting experience; for software/service outsourcing background, automotive industry is preferred;
- Strong financial analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads.
- Good knowledge in VAS, IFRS and tax laws/regulations
- Willing to take responsibilities and to be able to work independently;
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English and Vietnamese;
- Good command in Microsoft especially Excel, PPT and accounting software; SAP experience is plus.
- Fluent in English
