**Responsibilities**:
- Digitizing legal document into logic-driven smart web forms
- Work closely with the legal team and customer to design highly customized smart legal documents
- Implement smart form UI & logics
- Work closely with QA team to ensure high quality for smart forms
- Analyzing data collected via the smart forms
- Use data collected by smart forms to generate insights and reports
- Write scripts to transpose data to different schemas for different data processing pipelines
- Enhancing internal tools to increase the productivity of the above work
- Work closely with the software development team to improve Anduin proprietary technologies to increase the quality & scale of Legal Services
**Job Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of working experience in software development, data engineering, or automation QA (who would like to change the line of work)
- Experience with web development is a plus
- Familiarity with data processing pipeline is a plus
- Good sense of UI/UX is a plus
- A mix of all above is not required but a BIG plus
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- Good at time management & detail-oriented
- Good communicator, particularly in English

We are looking for a Frontend Tech Lead who will bring the best-performed user experience to our customers’ digital transformations in fields such as eCommerce, online presence, and conversion. As a Frontend Tech Lead at Niteco you ensure that our projects deliver innovative and effective frontend technical solutions that bring value to the customer’s business.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Utilizing your expertise to help review business requirements, design and implement frontend solutions with architectural guidelines in mind (secure, high-performing, scalable, extensible, flexible, simple).
Proactively provide recommendations of innovative solutions to clients’ projects.
Identify new frontend technologies to lift up frontend development practices.
Lead/mentor/coach Frontend Developers with best practices including coding standards, design patterns, unit test, test, and deployment.

Excellent knowledge of front-end technologies including but not limited to HTML, CSS (SASS, LESS, Critical), various JS frameworks/libraries.
Excellent knowledge in critical rendering path optimization.
Good knowledge of technical SEO, and accessibility compliance.
Expertise in caching, minification, bundling techniques to improve front-end performance.
Solid background in design and implementation of external services integrations and API design (using REST/SOAP, Microservices, ESB, SOA, GraphQL, Sockets, etc.)
Experience with micro frontend architecture is a big plus
8+ years of proven experience including 2+ years of leading frontend technologies in software development.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (GIT, SVN), working experience with Agile methodology
Having sound judgment of UI/UX.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill (English & Vietnamese).
Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
