** MISSION
We are on the lookout for a passionate, critical thinking, problem solving Solution Architect to come and join our Product SecuTix with a strong leadership.
In this role, you will have the ability to utilize your deep technical knowledge and lead the architects to build up the Java competency center in SecuTix Vietnam & ELCA Vietnam in general, provide technical coaching for architects and development team, empower them to design and coordinate with cross-functional teams in Switzerland and Spain with our business needs and vision.

**Responsibilities**:
- Matching solutions with the corporate environment, building and integrating information systems to meet the company’s needs.
- Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
- Resolving technical problems as they arise, and assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.
- Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed, and selecting/proposing the project technology stack.
- Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope
- Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates
- Propose and establish framework for necessary contributions from various departments
- Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.
- Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets.
- Working closely with colleagues across IT to automate deployment across all digital channels
- Create and implement best practice quality strategy, policies/processes, and procedures to aid and improve business performance.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Project management and leadership skills are essential, strong work ethic, and excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience developing IT and cloud infrastructure, AWS Certified Solutions Architect is an advantage
- Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
- Hands-on experience with architecture design, software development life cycle and system administration
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including solid understanding of standard data structures and algorithms
- Experience with database design and data modeling
- Proficient knowledge of the operation and development designs of agile software, DevOps best practices, CI/CD deployment.
- Strong soft skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient understanding of build tools and code versioning tools, such as GitLab/SVN
