**Responsibilities**
+ Depth understanding of the product technical requirements, various groups milestones and interdependencies for establishing an accurate and effective Project infrastructure.
+ Accountable for effective management of risks and dependencies while ensuring timely decisions are being made, ensuring quality of the product.
+ Manage and drive the build readiness technical issues via leveraging supplier resources. Track daily progress or yield reporting plan for the success product build.
+ Drive clear and accurate communications and recommendations to peers and senior management by distilling complex technical challenges, outlining options, and providing supporting data. Exceptional communication highlighting risks and providing recommendations to support product level decisions.
+ Good in presentation skill, ability to communicate and present to all levels of management.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ Additional experience and knowledge in managing test relevant project, product development process will be significantly advantageous. Supplier management experience preferred.
+ Candidate must demonstrate advanced level of knowledge in manufacturing disciplines; possess excellent communications and leadership skills, ability to work well with cross functional groups, ability to work independently with remote supervision.
+ Communication in English both written and spoken, is required as a high standard.
+ Communication in Vietnamese and other diverse language is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

**The Must-Haves**
- Experience range of 5 to 8 years managing Agile software projects

Within this program, we also offer function-specific technical training and on-the-job learning opportunities that will encourage you to solve problems through a variety of hands-on, meaningful experiences from your very first day on the job.
TI’s FAST (Field Applications & Sales Training) Program is designed to prepare Sales & Applications team members for customer-oriented careers that pair technical skills with business perspectives. The program provides experiences that help rising TIers understand how to successfully grow TI’s business and to thrive throughout their entire TI career. There are two available FAST program tracks: (1) Field Applications and (2) Technical Sales.
This 7-month experience aims to teach Technical Sales Associates (TSAs) how to build and manage customer relationships, and how to influence decisions to grow TI’s revenue. The track includes three rotations*:
Rotation 1, Field Sales Office (FSO): This rotation integrates Technical Sales Associates with a local TI sales team, offering first-hand experience of TI’s sales process. You will partner with customers and internal teams to uncover and win every possible customer opportunity, and also leverage our one-of-a-kind virtual account system to learn how to find, define, and win opportunities in a mix of real-time and simulated environments.
Rotation 2, Product Marketing: This rotation focuses on the relationship between sales and a particular product line. This rotation helps you understand product life cycles, roadmap development, marketing approaches, and ways to collaborate with product marketing to win at the customer.
Rotation 3, Sales Operations: This rotation provides first-hand experience working with the pricing and customer service teams. Focus areas for this rotation include pricing models, supply chain functions, price negotiation, and an overview of pricing guidelines, laws, procedures and tools.
Upon successful completion of this track in the FAST program, participants are welcomed as Technical Sales Representatives (TSRs) on TI’s Worldwide Sales & Applications team. Technical Sales Representative responsibilities include:
- Using technical expertise, various sales tools and relationships with engineering teams to identify projects
- Managing and quantifying leads, and managing the commercial aspects of customer relationships
- Developing, forecasting and monitoring an annual plan for revenue growth
