**1. Overall Role Purpose**
- Provide set-up and on-going user support for desktop, hardware, and software.
- Administrate Server and Network.
**2. Key Activities**
**a. Service Desk**
- In charge of the computer imaging process.
- Provide technical supports requested through Service Desk ticket system.
- Support & guide users about basic computer skills & incident guideline for self-solving problem.
- Manage hardware inventory list and software resources.
- Collaborate with parties to pursue IT service quality and continuity.
- Other duties & responsibilities may be required and/or assigned as necessary.
**b. IT System & Network Administration**
- Manage Database Server (Windows, Linux) & Web server.
- Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, and associated systems.
- Manage IP Phone system (PABX)
- Manage & maintain Firewall & Cisco router, network device, LAN & WAN
- Install and maintain IT infrastructure for works.
- Manage and monitor capacity, network bandwidth and system performances.
- Co-work with suppliers/ISP/regional to deploy projects of system & network.
- Ensure the functionality and accessibility of all shared peripherals, such as printers, scanners, projectors, etc.
**3. Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Good English communication (minimum TOEIC 500 or IELTS 5.0 or equilavent)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in relavant positions
- Strong background in network and security administration.
- Certifications: CCNA (will be advantage).
- Have Knowledge on SQL database and Web Services.
- Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work outside normal business hours.
- Ability to learn new IT technology; self-study, research for solution is a must.
- Punctuality.
