• Manage projects for new item development.
• Follow and review Samples / First Order Deployment (FOD) / Sampling processes.
• Work with other departments to define manufacturing specifications and requirements of new samples/products.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

Production Technician/Technologist acts as a contact point between the production team and other departments like Prepress, Sample Development, Planning, etc. This position will be in charge of all technical related matters such as machine specifications, sample specifications, etc., consult and support other departments with production technical issues and may participate in some new product development projects.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the EU team to design and prepare printing files based on real-life objects (cars, locomotives, wagons).
• Develop detailed drawings and train model designs.
• Use Adobe Illustrator, Corel, Photoshop, and other design tools to create high-quality printing files.
• Support production processes with UV printing and Pad printing technology.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Corel, Illustrator, and other graphic design software.
• Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Good organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Effective communicator, problem solver, and team player.

Nice to Have

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
• Familiarity with printing technology and manufacturing processes (training will be provided).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
