- Planning and monitoring inbound and outbound shipments.
- Supervising logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer delivery services.
- Working with 3PL for custom clearance and shipment received to ensure all import products arrived warehouse timely.
- Regularly updating information about import shipments in the system for cost calculation.
- Working with 3PL for warehouse operation management and ensure all products complied with the current regulations before delivery to the market.
- Preparing the process for Logistics team as well as the process for delivery shipment to customers.
- Reconciling stock balance at month - end to ensure there is no discrepancy of inventory. Yearly stock taking preparation collaborate with accounting team and auditor.
- Checking and confirming logistics cost to ensure cost is calculated correctly. Expanding logistics network to improve logistics cost.
- Monthly reports
- Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedure and operations.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
