- Responsibilities
- Central Technology Group (CTG) is a team of knowledge facilitators at Virtuos who work collaboratively with Art Directors, Art Producers, Game Designers, and Technical Experts on knowledge management.
CTG is looking for a Training Assistant to lead our employee development initiatives through hosting creative training events and educational programs. As our Training Assistant, you are responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting training programs across Virtuos.

**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule training sessions and courses by CTG for all studios within Virtuos
- Select appropriate training methods or activities
- Communicate with Training Directors to prepare and order educational aids and materials
- Market training opportunities to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation
- Assess training effectiveness and generate reports on outcomes of all training
- Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training
- Build, maintain, and upgrade the architecture of CTG training database
