- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience in creating detailed user stories and conducting usability testing.
- Desirable Skills:
- Certification in UX design or business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, or UX Certification).
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.
