- Proactively conduct market scans to capture competitor activities and key updates for monthly Competitive Intelligence report
- Take responsibility for fulfilling the research requests from other teams: taking briefs, clarifying, designing proposals, managing fieldwork, and doing reports for projects (Qualitative/ Quantitative)
- Coordinate with stakeholders for research operation/ logistic arrangement (i.e. recruiting samples, scheduling interviews, etc.)
- Create methods to collect and analyze internal and external market data, and track and monitor performance to derive business insights.
- Provide strategic and clear direction to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and coordination across multiple teams (internal, external teams & partners) to ensure key objectives are aligned across the organization.
**Requirements**:

- Strong business acumen and data analysis skills are prerequisites.
