**I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Our growing technology firm is looking for an experienced Business Analyst who is responsible for gathering and understanding business requirements, collating and preparing data, performing analyses, extracting insights, and making recommendations to assist the company in developing meaningful business solutions and operational improvements. - Construct workflow charts and diagrams; write business software specifications/user stories/acceptance criteria
- Work closely with the development team to ensure features are being implemented to meet business needs.
- Support the development team in project planning, solution testing, and user training
- Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures
- Other tasks requested by the line manager

**II. JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
**Knowledge**:

- B.S degree, B.A degree in Computer Science or Business Information System
- Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis
- At least 2 years of working experience in product-based companies
- Plus: Work experience in Agile/Scrum Development Team

**Skill & Ability**:

- Experience in the process of testing and people training
- Good presentation and documentation skills
- Good analytical and critical thinking
- Excellent communication skills in both English, and Vietnamese and interpersonal skills
- Have experience with digital product
- Ability to write SQL queries is plus
- Strong self-discipline but be mindful with everyone

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring client requirements are fully understood and specified in a manner that will enable full understanding from the development team. Lead, coordinate and establish requirements definition and use-case modeling by outlining the system's functionality and delimiting the system; for example, establishing what actors and use cases exist, and how they interact.

Tareas

- Gather business and system requirements from client
- Assist client in defining requirements and suggesting ideas

- Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with client
- Review materials (SRS, UC, etc.) from other BA
- Conduct BA newly hired training

**Requisitos**:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science or Business Information System
- Obtaining IT knowledge-base
- Excellent communication skills both English, Vietnamese and interpersonal skills
- At least 5 years of working experience of which 3 years in analyzing business requirements
- Basic knowledge of database such as database schema and simple SQL query
- Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques
- General understanding and experience of business processes as well as an interest to understand a broad range of business models and needs
- Proactive can-do attitude and a strong commitment to a deadline
- Willing to travel abroad (from 2 to 16 weeks period)

- Participate in researching, developing, and improving the company's software products.
- Evaluate and analyze detailed business processes, write documentation describing business processes, and prepare user requirements (Product Backlog, User Stories, System Requirement Specification, etc.).
- Anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, propose, develop, and implement practical solutions. Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of design documents, instructions, business processes, as well as related project documents when required.
- Monitor the project development progress and ensure timely completion according to the plan.
- Establish good connections between customers and relevant parties.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
