- Design and create visually appealing in-store displays, window presentations, and product arrangements.

- Ensure all visual merchandising elements are executed according to brand guidelines and store aesthetics.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure effective product placement and rotation.
- Analyze sales data and customer traffic patterns to optimize display effectiveness.
- Source and manage props, fixtures, and display materials.
- Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
- Stay current with retail trends, competitor activities, and visual merchandising innovations.
- Maintain the overall aesthetic appeal and cleanliness of the sales floor.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, Retail Display Designer, or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative visual merchandising concepts and execution.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, spatial design, and visual presentation principles.
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail operations and visual merchandising best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented approach.
- Passion for fashion and retail.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
