We are looking for a
Warehouse Operations Associate
to oversee and ensure the timely arrival of imported shipments to our partner warehouse, while maintaining optimal stock levels based on current inventory status. This role manages end-to-end warehouse and order operations including Inbound & Outbound Planning, Inventory Management, System Integration, and Performance Reporting.
Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to think creatively and solve problems, cost-effective operational planning, and excellent communication and negotiation skills with both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the E-commerce team to gather data on upcoming inbound shipments and expected warehouse arrival times and communicate with the warehouse partner team accordingly.
- Coordinate with the warehouse partner team to plan inventory handling, align on increasing packing stations, staffing requirements, delivery timelines, and any needed extensions with logistics providers.
- Work closely with the E-commerce team and warehouse to troubleshoot operational issues and calculate related costs (e.g., oversales, delayed shipments, stock shortages, ad hoc order processing fees, etc.).
