The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound warehouse operations at the feed mill plant, including the ingredient warehouse and finished goods distribution. This role ensures efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping processes while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The supervisor leads a team to meet operational goals and supports cross-functional coordination with procurement, production, and logistics.

• Supervise daily operations of both ingredient and finished goods warehouses.
• Oversee receiving, inspection, and storage of raw materials and ingredients.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and loading of finished products for distribution.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Shrink Management according to the standards
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
• Train and certify staff on equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs including inventory aging, order accuracy, and turnaround time.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff, including hiring, performance management, and scheduling.
• Participate in hands-on warehouse tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

§ Thực hiện công việc dựa theo các quy trình chuẩn.

§ Kiểm tra và giám sát việc thực hiện tốt Nội quy lao động, nội quy PCCC, các quy định, quy chế của Công ty tại Kho hàng.

• Chịu trách nhiệm về số lượng, chất lượng hàng hóa tồn kho đang quản lý.
• Theo dõi thực tế hoạt động của Kho hàng có đạt mục tiêu chất lượng đưa ra.

§ Kiểm tra, theo dõi, hướng dẫn công việc hằng ngày của các nhân viên kho.

§ Theo dõi hạn dùng của sản phẩm và cấp phát theo FEFO

§ Kiểm soát tất cả những số liệu ghi trên chứng từ đi kèm khi nhập hoặc xuất kho hằng ngày.

§ Điều hành hoạt động của bộ phận kho theo chức năng- nhiệm vụ được phân công cho phù hợp với yêu cầu công việc và đạt hiệu quả cao.

§ Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do Giám đốc kho phân công.

§ Hỗ trợ và hợp tác với các đồng nghiệp trong công việc.

II. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

1. BẰNG CẤP:Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên

2. KINH NGHIỆM LÀM VIỆC: 2-3 năm trong kho hàng và ở vị trí Giám sát

3. KỸ NĂNG KHÁC:

• Kỹ năng tổ chức, sắp xếp và giám sát công việc

• Kỹ năng phân tích, tổng hợp, làm báo cáo.

Your Roles

• Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for inbound and outbound process, goods storage, inventory management and other WH operations.

What You Should Do
Distribution

• Execute distribution strategy aligned with business and SNO.

Who You Are

• Graduated in Intermediate Pharmacist OR Bachelor's Phamacist degree.

• English proficient.
• Advanced SAP system experiences

Role Purpose

Oversee all warehouse operations in Vietnam, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-efficient handling of inbound/outbound shipments, storage, and distribution of electronic components and finished goods. Work closely with 3PL partners and internal teams to support production and customer delivery while complying with regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, picking, issuing, and dispatch.
• Ensure accuracy of transactions and inventory through stock counts and cycle counts.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, import/export processes, and transportation.
• Supervise and develop warehouse staff; ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and SOPs.
• Optimize storage space, inventory flow, and delivery performance.
• Investigate non-conformance and implement corrective actions.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years' warehouse/logistics experience (electronics or manufacturing preferred).
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, ERP/WMS systems, and customs compliance.
• Leadership skills with ability to coach and manage a warehouse team.
• Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
