2. Lên kế hoạch content website được phân công theo tháng, theo kế hoạch tổng quan và định hướng của phòng Marketing.

3. Lên bài theo đúng kế hoạch, chuẩn SEO, đảm bảo hình ảnh và nội dung của bài viết.
4. Tối ưu hóa các yếu tố on-page như tiêu đề, mô tả, thẻ heading và nội dung chính của bài viết.
5. Tạo nội dung chất lượng và giá trị, tối ưu hóa cho từ khóa quan trọng.
6. Đảm bảo rằng nội dung không chỉ tối ưu hóa cho máy tìm kiếm mà còn đáp ứng đúng nhu cầu của người đọc.
7. Làm việc chặt chẽ với nhân viên SEO để đảm bảo rằng chiến lược SEO được tích hợp một cách liền mạch

• Có trên 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm Content website nói chung và Content SEO nói riêng hoặc vị trí tương đương.
• Có kiến thức SEO cơ bản. Am hiểu việc nghiên cứu intent, insight của người dùng.
• Ưu tiên các bạn đã từng viết bài các chủ đề như: Dịch vụ làm đẹp ô tô, Chăm sóc xe ô tô, nâng cấp âm thanh, ánh sáng ô tô …
• Sử dụng thành thạo công cụ Google Docs, Google Sheet, Notion
• Sử dụng cơ bản Canva, Photoshop
• Kỹ năng biên tập nội dung, diễn đạt tốt, chỉnh sửa lỗi ngữ pháp và trình bày rõ ràng.
• Kỹ năng quản lý đội nhóm (phụ trách các CTV thuê ngoài).
• Kỹ năng lên kế hoạch và phân bổ công việc.

• Lên ý tưởng, kế hoạch phát triển nội dung cho các website của Công ty trong từng giai đoạn; (Công ty chuyên về các Sản phẩm máy móc, điện máy công nghiệp)
• Viết bài giới thiệu sản phẩm, quảng bá thương hiệu công ty qua các phương tiện truyền thông
• Viết bài dựa trên từ khóa sản phẩm và đăng lên trang web.
• Duy trì đăng nội dung hàng ngày theo yêu cầu của Lead

YÊU CẦU

• Là nữ, độ tuổi 20-30, có Kinh nghiệm liên quan từ 6 tháng trở lên
• Ưu tiên ứng viên tốt nghiệp các chuyên ngành báo chí biên tập, marketing, truyền thông, Ngôn ngữ học,…hoặc các chuyên ngành khác có liên quan
• Ưu tiên ứng viên có khả năng thiết kế ảnh
