**Responsibilities**:
- Determine the scope based on requirements, including stating the scope of work, calculating the resources required in delivering the service and advising the senior system engineer preparing the quotation
- Install and configure services as per the approved implementation plan
- Carry out technology, professional and maintenance support services as per scope within the stipulated duration/ timeline
- Provide level from 1 to 2 support (medium hardware break-fix & troubleshooting of hardware and software issues ) for installed services
- Provide technical deliverables such as high level design document, user acceptance test (UAT) doc and as-built documentation
- Provide outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreement (SLAs)
- Undergo technical trainings and obtain technical certifications that are required to meet suppliers' mandatory technical requirements
- Conduct knowledge transfer training (where required)
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Certified in at least one of the technology domain (Infrastructure hardware and software, hyperconvergence, network, security, cloud and/or end user computing), especially with Netapp, DellEMC, HPE storage solutions
- Strong technical knowledge on the assigned solution domain/product
- Knowledge of product portfolio in other technology domain is desirable
- Expertise in enterprise products implementation, migration and support.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to technical details, priority management and planning skills
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Results-oriented
- Strong documentation skills

- Responsible for production servers with large scope and receive million requests/second;
- Analyze, setup, and configure new servers for the requirement of stakeholders;
- Responsible for the maintenance of OS and server, design networks, and system structure;
- Provide efficient and effective OS/Server solutions according to business needs;
- Responsible for the system service such as NGINX/HAProxy/NTP/DNS;
- Accountable for the load-balancing system, optimization, and design to reach the best solution.
**What you will need**:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Information Technology or related fields;
- Experience in Linux Operating system;
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the programming languages: Bash, Python, Go;
- Experience in big data ecosystem (Hadoop, Cassandra, Kafka, spark.);
- Skilled use of various system management tools, with experience in performance benchmarks, familiar with TCP/IP and basic network concepts;
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline, such as Jenkins/Gitlab/Harbor/etc (preferred);
- Experience with distributed storage technologies such as NFS, HDFS, Ceph and Amazon S3 (preferred);
- Experience with dynamic resource management frameworks (Kubernetes, Nomad, Yarn) (preferred);
- Experience with source version control (git, svn.), as well as configuration management (ansible, puppet, salt stack.) (preferred);
- Experience with virtualization system (KVM, Opennebula.) (preferred).
