**Key Responsibilities:**
Executive support to CBD
+ Provide administrative support to the Country Business Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements.
+ Prepare and organize materials for leadership meetings.
Office management
+ Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-functioning and efficient workplace environment.
+ Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, maintenance, and facility needs.
+ Manage office budget and procurement processes in alignment with company policies.

Team engagement & culture building
+ Develop and implement initiatives that promote employee engagement, collaboration, and a positive workplace culture.

+ Act as a point of contact for employee feedback and suggestions related to workplace experience.
Internal events planning & execution
+ Lead the planning and execution of internal events such as townhalls, kick-off meetings, celebrations, and team-building activities.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event content with business priorities and employee interests.
+ Manage event logistics including venue booking, catering, communications, and post-event feedback collection.
Communication & coordination
+ Draft and distribute internal communications on behalf of the CBD and leadership team.
+ Maintain internal calendars for key events, holidays, and company-wide initiatives.
+ Coordinate with regional and global teams for alignment on corporate programs and campaigns.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
+ 2-3 years of experience in employee engagement or internal communications.
+ Strong communication and organizational skills.
+ Proficient in MS Office; design tools like Photoshop or Illustrator are a plus.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Oracle Database software installation, patching and upgrades
- Oracle Database creation, deployment, and knowledge of management on Oracle RAC.
- Experienced in administration of databases like creating and managing users, tablespaces, indexes, roles, space management, resizing, partitioning and shrinking tablespaces. Database security by restricting users by granting related privileges, roles.
- Database performance tuning and troubleshooting is good to have
- Real-world experience with Oracle RAC, Oracle ASM, Oracle Data Guard
- Database platform migrations using RMAN
- RMAN-based recovery, cloning, migration, duplication, and backups
- Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control administration
- Expert-level knowledge of Linux/Unix from a power-user and scripting perspective
- Must have in-depth experience working in ORACLE Real Application Cluster (RAC/ASM), RDBMS 12c/18c/19c, DATAGUARD, RMAN.
- Oracle Public Cloud experience would be highly beneficial.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering fields or equivalent experience
- Equivalent experience from 1 year of Oracle database administration experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to address complex tasks, consistently deliver to project scheduled completion.

**How you create impact**
You will be enabling transport activities by executing bookings, entering orders + generating all required export/import documentation while liaising with our Customer Care Teams (CCL) + Revenue Care (RCC) teams to ensure all requirements are met (in a timely and efficient manner). As always, these activities are in line with all relevant governance + regulatory requirements.
+ To create/complete shipment details in our internal transport management system, coordinate with all involved stakeholders + organize transport based on the customer promise, obtain DG approvals where required, escalating discrepancies as required.
+ To monitor + report on the operational performance of carriers + other vendors as well as ensuring strong data quality is available for timely + accurate customer reporting.
+ To create files for consolidation (Export) or de-consolidation (Import).
+ To review + ensure alignment of shipping instructions including clarifying any deviations or conflicts while taking country regulations, export/import compliance, rate + routing information into consideration
+ To accurately submit/issue all required documentation within 24 hours of departure in a timely manner.
+ To ensure departure + arrival confirmations (or deviations v. scheduled) are shared with CCLs.
+ To ensure cost awareness + efficiency through timely, accurate cost/revenue updates including profit maximization by providing cost awareness to the CCLs + RCC.

**What we would like you to bring**
+ Bachelor degree in International Business/Supply chain/Logistics (related educational background is acceptable).
+ Having at least 2 years working experience in Air Logistics Operations (Import/ Export).
+ Good knowledge about international freight forwarding, logistics and import - export.
+ Careful, responsible, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
+ Able to work on the weekend and night shifts (details will be shared during the interview).
+ Having good customer service, task and time management & communication skills.
+ Good command of English (both verbal & written).
