The Program Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all youth development programs, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and strategic goals.
- Developing program curriculum and activities that promote educational achievement, skill-building, and personal growth for participants.
- Managing program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and efficient allocation of resources.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising program staff and volunteers.

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Non-profit Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience (at least 4 years) in program management, preferably within the youth development or non-profit sector.
- Demonstrated success in developing, implementing, and evaluating programs.
- Strong understanding of youth development principles and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience in budget management and fundraising/grant writing is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with program management software.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations of youth, families, and community members.
